Our ultimate objective is to ensure that our customers have a remarkable shopping experience with us at DermYoung. In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship the new and unused product back to us with our free return label.

To receive a return label:

2. Tell us your name, the product name(s), and reason for your return in the email.

We will respond to your request during normal business hours. After your return request has been approved, you will receive a label to the provided email address.
