STANDARD SERVICE

We offer FREE USPS priority mail services on all U.S. merchandise orders. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day, depending on product availability. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business day. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

SECOND DAY SERVICE

Second Day orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Second Day orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Second Day Service.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE

Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, website orders only apply to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. For Canadian orders, please contact customer service to place your order.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
